Claude is a member of The Third Truth, a fanatical cult aimed at releasing a self-proclaimed god, Murama Daikyo.
Claude seems a bit unhinged, deliberately putting himself at the mercy (or lack thereof) of Master Rohk after threatening his students, and laughing as he receives his punishment. Claude apparently also freely gave Master Rohk information he wanted without reason. Just what is going through his head is anyone’s guess.
