Kitty is a studious, bright young Nekokai girl with a love for reading and cooking (though Teo would prefer she kept away from the latter). She was orphaned when she was almost 10 when her parents vanished from their home in the village of Duro, and taken in by Teo’s father, only weeks before a fire swept through. Kitty fled the town with Teo and his father, and has lived in the home Teo’s father built for Teo and Kitty before he too disappeared. It is now almost eight years later, and Kitty sets off with Teo to find Teo’s father, while also seeking answers to questions she’s held onto for years.
