Rose is a young Tora girl with the Frost affinity at Warrior’s Temple. Hibara is her older brother, and they were brought to Warrior’s Temple many years ago by Master Rohk when Hibara’s Frost abilities began to manifest. Rose has lived at Warrior’s Temple ever since, but was only recently tested and allowed to begin training due to her immature and difficult nature.
